What types of jewelry do you offer?

Sonoran Tide Jewelry specializes in handcrafted and custom collaboration pieces from bridal sets, to youth pieces and personalized jewelry to handcrafted Native American and custom silver rings, gold, bracelets, diamonds and gemstones and more! Each piece is designed to reflect the timeless beauty of living life to the fullest while utilizing ethically sourced materials.

What if I don't see my exact size?

We are delighted to offer any piece in your preferred size! If the specific size you desire is not listed, please schedule a consultation for us to adjust it accordingly.

I noticed semi-set and unset pieces, how see it set with a stone?

We offer finished pieces and semi-customization viewing on the site. If you come across a piece that catches your eye and imagine a specific stone set, we can offer you images to envision your ideal set. Schedule a consultation with us to start the process.

How do you ensure the sustainability of your products?

Our commitment to sustainability is paramount. We use ethically sourced materials in the creation of our jewelry, ensuring that our products not only enhance your style but also honor the environment. This approach minimizes our ecological footprint while supporting responsible sourcing practices. Sonoran Tide Jewelry sources most products from Stuller.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Clients have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Custom items are not eligible for a return. For more details, please refer to our return policy section.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at stj@sonorantidejewelry.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

How do you cancel an order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, the order is finalized. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return the item. See the return policy above.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item within the return window, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time, we are currently unable to ship overseas.
