Processing Times:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts).

  • For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping Insurance:

  • We highly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • Sonoran Tide Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if insurance is not selected.

Packaging:

  • We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely. Orders are shipped in an inconspicuous padded mailers or sturdy jewelry boxes, depending on the item. The word 'Jewelry' will not be displayed on the box or label.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to keep you updated every step of the way.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we ship within the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., please reach out to us for special arrangements.
